I think Edmond Dillehay owned land and maybe lived in Jackson Co. briefly
before settling in Smith.
Something was mentioned about Haywood Dillehay a while back. Winston
Dillihay, who is an excellent researcher, descends from him. I think he has
just about proven that Haywood was Edmond's nephew.
Barnett T. Dillehay and wife lived and are buried in Macon Co. and several
generations are still there and a few are across the state line in KY.
