Martha,
I am no help with your Russel and England families, but yes, Coffee Co., TN was
formed from parts of Warren, Bedford, and Franklin counties in 1836.
Regarding the books: White Co.'s book is already out and is still available, I
think. Warren Co.'s book, like ours in Coffee Co., is now in the works.
Best regards,
Greg
