Mrs. Jodge GARDNER of Washington City visiting niece, Mrs. E.B. LITTLE.
Mary, daughter of Mr. W.M. ROSS of Bradford, is visiting in town.
Emma HATTON of Nashville, Ass’t State Librarian, visiting her cousin,
Mrs. J.W. MORAN.

Mssrs. SWAIM and CARMAN of Gleeson, attended Mr. BELL’s party.
Mrs. B.D. IRVINE and Mrs. Rufus SCOTT visited our office yesterday, and
had their names enrolled on the subscription list.
Prof. Joe MANGRUM, the blind musical prodigy, staying in Union City for
treatment on his eyes, says Dr. EDWARDS will probably restore his sight.
Little Ethel BIGELOW is very sick with cholera morbus.
Mrs. John WINSTON and Miss Ada DENT have returned from an extended
with relatives in North Carolina.
