I am so sorry to hear that you have been sick, P.J. but am glad to hear that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The menu sounds wonderful. Lee Roy and I had a great Thanksgiving too. We had been on a ten day trip to Florida and flew back home to California Thanksgiving morning. A grandson picked us up at the airport and took us to his mom's (my daughter's house) for dinner.

We had:

Turkey
Ham
Mashed Potatoes and Gravey
Green Salad
Green Bean Cassarole
Candied Sweet Potatoes
Pecan Pie
Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pie
Birthday Cake and Ice Cream (for a granddaughter)

I'd love to see the house now that it is finished. How about putting some pictures on the internet.
