One of my paternal cousins married a guy named Doris Futrell.  Her name was Sarah Johnson.  They lived in Illinois in the later '40's, early to mid-'50's and had two daughters.  I believe Doris & Sarah are probably both deceased by now. 
 
 Sarah Johnson-Futrell was from Paris, TN (Henry, County) but I haven't researched to see if that's where they married. 

I don't know if this will help you on the FUTRELL research, but if it does and you want more information please contact me.

I would be interested in knowing what happened to their daughters.  I rememer distinctly that one of them was named Priscella but I don't remember the other daughter's name.   It may have been Lynette, but I'm going from an old-person's memory.  LOL
 
Priscella was born ca 1940.
