You only receive a posting when others on the list post. That doesn't necessarily happen every day....sometimes not even every week, it just depends on where people are in their research.

Usually to get people to post, you need to post and see if there is an interest in your particular line. If someone connects, they may reply to your post.

Can someone explain why I haven't recvd. ONE posting from White Co., since I
joined (again) a week or so ago? I have my 'welcome' letter after
subscribing so I assumed I did it right??? I had changed servers so
rejoined the list, but nothing has happened. Maybe the list admin. could
check and see if I did something wrong??

Ruth Earnestine Young Cope, 79, of Sparta, passed away May 23, 2006 at NHC
of Sparta.

Cope was born June 6, 1926, in White County, to Foster and Novella Knowles
Young.

Cope was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Clyde Cope; three
grandsons, Clyde Cope Jr., Gregory Cope, Adam Cope; one great-grandchild,
Jonathan Cope; one brother, Howard Young; and two sisters, Minnie Lee Kerley and
Johnnie Hamilton.

Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Clyde Cope, of
Sparta, Gary and Rhonda Cope, of Shelbyville, Mark and Regina Cope, of Sparta;
three sisters, Rachel Oliver, of Sparta, Dorothy Griffin, of Florida, Marie
Seibers, of Sparta; five brothers, Ed Young, Doug Young, Quinton Young, Arlie
Young, Kenneth Young, all of Sparta; 11 grandchildren; and 25
great-grandchildren.

Arrangements:
Services were 2 p.m., May 25, 2006, at Hunter Funeral Home with burial in
Young Cemetery. James Rittenberry and Gary Cope officiated.

Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
