Lisa: I am not working on the Bell line, but I run into that surname
all the time when researching my Edwards and O'Neal lines. My Edwards
and O'Neals eventually ended up in Attilla, Williamson County, Illinois,
1850s, along with many other Wilson County, Tennessee families. The
1850 Williamson County, Illinois Census shows many surnames that are
already familiar with Wilson County, Tennessee research: Caplinger,
Bell, Midget, Henry, Edwards, O'Neal, and Starett. The Pleasant Grove
United Methodist Graveyard in Attila, Illinois has many Caplinger,
O'Neal, Grant, and Bell surnames. Maybe this will help you in some of
your later research. Debbie
