I am searching for any descendants of Dearman/Deaman Todd who was born about
1838 in Ohio - probably Belmont Co., OH. He is living with William and
Rachel Lappin Todd in 1850. Is he a child of theirs or a relative? Records
of their daughter Sibila did not include any more children than Elizabeth and
Sibila. Then who are Ruth A., age 18, Deamon, age 12 and Mary, age 3 in the
1850 census? Elizabeth Todd married Nathan Hoopes and I think that Ruth A.
Todd, listed with William and Rachel Todd, married Israel Hoopes. Any help
on these families would be greatly appreciated as I seem to be getting
