In regards to your Icie Todd. I think my 2nd great grandmother was named either Vicie or Vera Todd. Her middle name is Frankie. They were in Alabama in the latter generations, but I don't know how they got there or who their descendants were.

We also have some Sims.
I am really stuck with these Todds, and wonder if anyone has any names that might connect with mine.

Here's all I know about my Todds, (I'm not even sure that all of this is absolutely correct):

1- Levi Todd <my 4th greats> (born bef. 1820) place of birth/death unknown
married Jane Driggers (born bef. 1820)
Levi & Jane's children were:
2- James A. Todd <my 3rd great> date/place of birth/death unknown
It is possible that he died during the Civil War
The name of his wife is unknown.
Some of his children were:
3- Louise Elizabeth (b. abt 1850) she married Jess J.M. Findley on November 15, 1880 in Chambers Co. Alabama.
3- Mettie/Meddie Todd (b. abt 1854) she married Bud Johnston. He was the brother of J.M. Johnston who married her sister Vera Frankie.
3- Vicie/Vera Frankie Todd <my 2nd greats> (b. abt 1852). She married James Monroe Johnston (abt 1851-1933) in Chambers Co. Alabama. I HAVE PHOTOS.
Frankie and James had two sons:
4-Marion Alexander Johnston <my great grandfather> 10-2-1884-Camp Hill Ala and died 10-19-1970 in Quitman, Brooks Co., GA - I HAVE PHOTOS.

4-James Manuel (Manny Lou) Johnston born 5-14-1892 in Ala, died Oct. 31, 1963 in Shelby Co Alabama (buried at Mt. Tabor Cemetery. He married Roxie Anna (last name unk) she was born 5-2-1892 in Ala, and died 12-28-1966 in Alabama.
They had 6 children.

2-Levi A. Todd date/place of birth/death unknown

2-Marion Alexander Todd (born Oct 2, 1843 buried in Grant Sims Cemetery in Chambers Co. Alabama)
Marion was married to Arminta Jane Sims in December 1872. Her birth February 28, 1854 (place unknown) & she died December 06, 1916, buried Grant Sims Family Cemetery Chambers County, Alabama
Marion was a farmer and it is believed that he went into law enforcement after the Civil War. He lost a leg in the war. My uncle used to have a photo of him, but it got destroyed years ago.
Arminta & Marion's children were:

3-Motier Todd (she married a Moore) ,
3-Elizabeth "Lizzie" (she married Louis Williams), and
3-Levi Allen (he married Lavada Griffin) he was born 11-18-1873.

Thanks in advance for your assistance in connecting these Todds.
