Wow, Patti, that's great. I have my NGS Quarterly on my desk next to me, and
I plan to enjoy it, along with the afternoon thunderstorm.

I'm sure that everyone here knows the value of the genealogical
publications such as the NGS Quarterly. During lunch I opened the
cover and read the short piece on John Keller and thought how similar
his story seemed to my own ancestor who came to Jefferson County,
Pennsylvania, in the late 1840s although from Belgium and more likely
speaking French. Then I turned to the "Editors' Corner" and read how
Judy Keller Fox "directs readers to Jefferson County, Pennsylvania
assessment books." How exciting for me especially since Jefferson
County is one of my planned destinations for my trip to Pennsylvania
in August-September!

Now off to read the article. And thanks to any of you people who might
be on this list who publish things like this that are so helpful.
