Ah, Rondina,
I know the northeast can't compare with Texas or much of the south and
midwest with respect to heat and humidity, but for me, sitting in our
home with no air-conditioning (it hasn't been fixed yet), I'm
sweltering. At 5pm the temperature is 90 degrees, dewpoint 64, 'wind
chill' is 90 degrees, heat index is 91. Pity my husband who is outside
mowing the lawn as I type.
looking forward to my next cold shower,
Linda
You know it's bad when I avoid my laptop because of the heat it
generates.
