Reply to the list is my preference. I am also a list administrator and have
my list set this way. However, it is important to remember that if you want
to reply *only* to an individual member you need to *remove* the TGF address
from "To" and replace it with the members personal email address. Not doing
this has caused many a red face on many lists! :-)
