Congratulations Dr. Jones!
It was my pleasure to be in the audience at the banquet when Dr. Thomas W.
Jones was honored as a Fellow of the Utah Genealogical Association. I had
spent the week learning from him in the Professional Level Research course
at the Salt Lake Institute of Genealogy and was very excited at the banquet
when he was honored. As the press release stated Dr. Jones has been "a
standard bearer of professionalism in the genealogical community through
writing, teaching and research." I am very appreciative of his efforts and
am grateful for all that I have learned from him.
