Elissa you are exactly right! I have been so focused on genealogical
education, building my new business, managing study groups and fulfilling
volunteer commitments that I rarely have time to work on my own family
research. I love what I am doing! I just need to balance and find time to
focus on conducting the exhaustive research necessary so that I can get my
BCG portfolio together. Hmm. May I should go back and review the time
management plan I created when the _*ProGen*_ study group covered this
subject. <g>
