Has anyone on the list ever used Memopal for online back-up?

It looks pretty interesting to me. You can back up more than one computer.
It¹s continuous back-up, so when you change a file, it¹s backed up, without
waiting for a scheduled back-up. Backed-up files are accessible from any
computer, and can be easily shared with another person for a day, a week, or
permanently.

It looks good, but I¹m curious to hear someone else¹s experience with it
before signing on. I have downloaded it for a free trial.
