This would be a great topic for a two hour session at one of the National
Conferences. The metrics, if you could arrive at meaningful ones, would be
very difficult to set. It is really a much more subjective evaluation and
that gets back to your own background as a beginning. Things you take for
granted become measurable by others.
Interesting thought process to develop this.
