Jillaine, I must protest vociferously to this! There is nothing keeping
anyone from posting at any time. The absence of mentors and members from
this list at any time weakens it rather than strengthening it. If there are
those who only post when most listers are away I question their reasons and
would like to better understand them.

Is it because they are nervous of some of these folks reading their posts?
I'm afraid that isn't the case. Not only are all posts archived, but I've
had several conversations with many of our list mentors, while I've been
working the UGA booth, about current conversations on list. Many of us are
reading but don't have the time just yet to respond.

Please enlighten me as to why the absence of some of our members would make
others post--this is a problem that should be addressed if indeed it does
exist.
