Of all the comments on this subject, I follow your line of thinking!
I consider myself in the #2 category of your list of types of people. And I
really like your #1 description.
To be perfectly honest, my Client work load has quadrupled since the first
of the year. So, I am still reading every post that comes along this list
but I admit that I just don't have the time to make thoughtful responses.
As far as "while the cat's away, the mice will play" scenario, I would have
to say that I disagree. I have been with the TGF list since it was started
and there have been numerous conferences that the so called "experts" have
gone to and have not been posting on this list. Never has anyone suggested
that the cleared a way for the "mice to play". So, I think that comment is
unfounded.
Just my opinion.
