Several old Kentucky statute books are available at Google Books. At least one covers the time period you mention (1851-52 statutes publised in 1867). I have not taken the time to study it closely, but by searching Google Books for "kentucky statutes," then searching within each potentially relevant book for "divorce", without the quotes, you should be able to find enough information to get started.
