Boy, is that an eye opener! All I can say is, I'd better get started
now. Thank you for the advice. I hope one day to have a reason to use it.

One thought popped in my head when you wrote of the lengths of time
between submission, then acceptance, and then publication. Since I can't
seem to leave my favorite cases at rest, I can foresee by publication
time that I will be wishing for a second article! Have you ever made an
important discovery when it was too late to include it in the upcoming
article? I know we've made that reasonably exhaustive search before
writing, but...
