I've experienced huge numbers of problems with Ancestry searches in the past few months:
their message that not all results are showing because of technical issues,
some results showing in search-all but different results if you just search within the sub-categories of historical or publications using the same terms,
three identical searches on thee different days producing completely different results,
images that don't show.....
During what must be peak times, I can't get any images to come up for as long as 30 minutes to an hour at a time.
Of course, Ancestry customer service blames all these problems on my computer. None of the techs can explain why - if it is a problem on my computer - everything works fine, then doesn't work, then works OK again without any changes whatsoever to my computer.
best regards,
Dee
