Hello Julie,

I realized after I sent out my previous email about how I use Acrobat Pro, that what I wrote didn't address at all your specific question here -- which is how to create PDFs from Word and retain resolution/quality.

It's hard to answer that generically -- it's so dependent on what version of what apps and what version of what operating system you're working with. If you want to email me privately, perhaps I can help you sort out what you need to do. (I've been dealing with exactly that issue in spades these past couple of months, as I'm preparing the Syllabus for NERGC 2011...!)

Or maybe, I could pull together a hands-on presentation to our BU alum group for one of our Saturday meetings, if there were enough interest?
