I would say that it's not keywords, but actual page titles, that could be
used to show the navigation path. That list of items at the top of an
Ancestry census page, is in technical terms called "breadcrumb" navigation.
Here's a Wikipedia page about it --
"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breadcrumb_(navigation). It seems to me that I
could use that in a citation to show the relationship of the page I'm citing
to the pages it comes under, as well as show how to get to it.

Peggy, by "bread crumb trail" do you mean a key-word path in a citation to a
complex website? If so, here's one example from EE (2d ed.) 10.6.
