In looking through the archives for some of the RootsWeb lists, I do not
find a discussion of "died young" and its abbreviation "d.y." Even last
year's seemingly exhaustive coverage of the BCG Standards on the TGF
list does not seem to mention it.

I have my own opinions on the subject, but I am looking for a rather
thorough discussion of this topic, pros and cons. Does anyone have
source(s) for such a discussion?
