I have mixed feelings about this. I have given lots of feedback for typos, etc., as others have done for me. Michael is right that one way we get a feel for a "professional" work product is to review the marketing. Everyone should know that their marketing products should be proofread and free of errors, especially websights.... (She said tongue in cheek.)
