Does anyone have any experience with court records concerning ejectment?

I am trying to understand a document that I recently received that is what I
think would be called a declaration of ejectment. The document is dated 1795
and is from Stafford County, Virginia. It was filed in a district court and
located through an online index to court records. I have only the one page
front and back. Would the defendants and the plaintiff be the most important
part of this document? Or would the property be important? I don't know if
there would be any other documents about this court case.

This is the only document I have found for Benjamin Conyers for this time
period in Stafford County, Virginia. On the Stafford County, Virginia
personal property tax records for 1787-1790 he has only a horse or two to
claim. He is not listed on the land tax lists for this county.
