The unified 1940 Census ED tool at http://stevemorse.org/census/unified.html
has the individual roll numbers (at least all the ones I've looked up.)
Use it to look up your ED. Instead of clicking the button to be sent to the
NARA page, click "1940 ED Description" and then "More details."
