In addition to the excellent advice you have received from everyone, there
are samples of client agreements available on the Board for Certification of
Genealogists website at
http://www.bcgcertification.org/skillbuilders/worksamples.html. I used one
of these as a model for my client agreement. Good luck in your endeavors.
