Thank you to Harold, Mary, Maggie, Caroline and Eileen. You are all so
kind. I know of few other professions/businesses where this type of
information is so freely and warmly shared.
Beyond the reference books which I will take a look at, I like the
suggestion Ms. Gurney gave on calling it a "research agreement."
