Is there an online version of the Revised Statutes of 1838 for Indiana?

I am interested in what was "of age" for marriage for a female in 1842.
I understand the law regarding marriage was changed in 1838 to require
licenses to be issued in the county where the bride resided.

Any help would be appreciated!
