I'm going through 2 Beckerich tapes from the family history center and cannot find the marriage dates on these records. Tape numbers 1143468 & 1143470 are said to be French and German but probably French and Luxembourg.

The documents are listed in groups of about 5 year periods. The French records have dates in numbers. These seem to be proof of completing military service.

The Luxembourg records are civil records similar to a marriage license. They show the intention to be married. Everyone is getting married at noon on Sunday. The dates seem to be in words. Can anyone give me any insights into finding the marriage dates for these records?
