I don't know if this one was solved, but
Lilleby is in Egge, close to Steinkjer in Nord-Trøndelag. Christian
Mentzen's father was Mentz Jakobsen Lilleby.
Christian Mentzen's wife was the daughter of Jens Henrik Løkke and Magdalene
Wangberg,
and she was born in Trondheim.

I am distantly related to Christian mentzen so I do have something on his
ancestry if it is of any
interrest.

The couple was married in Stokksund kirke (Church). That church is today
part of Åfjord, former parish was Bjørnør.
I do not have the volume of the books Bjørnørfolket that covers
Stokksund, but my guess is in the area Stokksund and today Åfjord
kommune, Sør-Trøndelag. There was a Løkke family in Roan kommune, part
of Bjørnør parish. I will look more later.

Fredrike Løkke (27).
