Found them!!
On Ligård under Øyan in Stjørdal.
Haftor Haftorsen "Piper" ( Skjettenspipar) died after 1797. ( No birthdate)
Married Marit Amundsdatter Ligård, on 13 June 1748
She waschristened 12 July 1761. burried 17 Nov 1796 ..... that is why they
ween't in the census.
Children:
Amund Haftorsen b. 1784 was known in his time as a song writer
Haftor Haftorsen christ. 4 April 1787.
Sigrid Haftorsdatter christ. 12 Dec 1790..... married on 28 April 1818 to
John Johnsen born 1781. They had a son: Haftor b. 7 Sept. 1815. The family
moved to Åsen in 1817.
Hågen Haftorsen christ, 15 Feb. 1795 Burried 1 Nov 1795

I agree with Oddbjørn - it reads Bøxel Seddel, no Bogen here. That is a
lease contract. Øyen is a (several) farm(s) in Stjørdal.
