I also agree- there is only one TurnerDNA group at ftDNA. I am not trying to
take people awy from that. I am trying to group those whose ancestors come
from Scotand for the purpose of further analysis. I don't expect that there
are more than 10 of the members who fit that description anyway.
I am NOT offering any DNA testing services. In fact I will be promotiong the
DNA testing of Turners from Scotland through ftDNA. But my group will also
gather any Turners from Scotland who have tested with other companies.
I think the ftDNA Turner group introduction clearly says that the group is
for US Turner families, and does not seem to want Turners who are not
American.I would expect most Turners who are not American have tested
elsewhere.
So I am still calling for Turners who have DNA tested and whose ancestors
come from Scotland to join my discussion group at
