Did someone mention a Turner in Virginia?

My great grandmother was AMELIZA C TURNER born abt 1834 and died 1919 in
Tucker County WV
Her nickname was Eliza Jane--she married Travis R Crosten about 1855
they lived in Hampshire Co Virginia ---now West Virginia
Some older family member said she came from Cinncinati Ohio
Any and all leads appreciated----need to find her parents and siblings.
