WILL OF
MATHIAS TURNER

State of South Caroline

I Mathias Turner of the district of Spartanburg and State
aforesaid being low in health but of a sound and disposing mind memory and
recollection do make this my last will and testament in Manne and form
following, that is to say-
1st I will that so much ofmy estate as will be sufficient to pay my just
debts be sold for that purpose.
2nd after all my debts are paid I will give devise and bequath unto my son
William Turner the sum of Three hundred and fifty dollars to have and to hold
unto him and his heirs, forever
3rd. I will devise and bequath unto my wife Molly Turner during her natural
life or widowhood the reminder of my estate both real and personal and
every other thing or things to me in any wise belonging,to have and to hold
during the (her0 natural life or widowhood
4th, In case of the death or marriage of my wife Molley I will devise and
bequath that all my estate herein willed to her to equally didided among
such of my children as may be living at her death or marriage.
5th My will and desire is that my wife shall supporyt maintain and educate
my children out of the property herein willedto her during her natural life or
widowhood.
6th I make name constitute and appoint my wife Molley Turner Executrix and
Cole Wilson Nesbitt Executor of this my last will and testaments hereby
revoking all former will or wills. testament or testaments by me made In
witnefs whereof i have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of May
1818.
