This is more information found on a recent trip to GA. Hope it is a match
for someone.

I know this family is well documented but just in case - I found this
little book at the Brunswick, GA library and copied the one page at the
beginning. Nothing more. History of the Allen Shadrack Turner Family by
Lucius McDowell Turner, grandson. Acutally put together by his daughter,
Pauline Turner Hardy in 1974.
