My grandpa---born AlbermarleCo.?
VA 1816. I found him Marion Co.TN 1850 census. Farmer and
merchant.Married Mary Haley 1851--3 children. She died 1858===Married
Mary Horne 1859.born Perry Co AL 1825 --7 children --she died ? Jasper
TN-He was strong rebel---imprisoned by Yankees
in Nashville TN---escaped---took family to FL 'til war was over---back
to Jasper Marion CoTN===prospered---Died 1891 Jasper. My Mommy ,Mary
Katherine Callie Turner bornJan 5 1862 went to Rome Female
College---married Richard T.Simpson born 1853 Bledsoe Co.TN
They lived Marion Co. I was the last of
7 children.Mommy died 1907 ---I was
9 months old. Daddy died 1913.
I will be most grateful for any help.
