I have some information on James Minor Tutt that is based on the work of others. While I cannot personally attest to the accuracy of the info, I know the folks who prepared it and know that they are consciencious in their genealogy work. Here is what I have:

13. Captain James Tutt was born on 9 October 1734 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia and died in July 1813 in Culpeper County, Virginia.
James married Ann MINOR, daughter of Thomas MINOR and Alice Thomas.
36 F i. Isabel Tutt (Still Living.)
37 F ii. Mary Tutt (Still Living.)
38 M iii. Charles Minor Tutt was born on 15 June 1779 and died on 4 May 1825
39 M iv. James Minor Tutt was born in 1781
40 F v. Matilda Churchill Tutt was born on 30 January 1785 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, died on 3 March 1853 in Clinton, Henry County, Missouri and was buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Clinton, Henry County, Missouri
41 M vi. John Minor Tutt was born on 23 July 1787 in Fredricksburg, Spotsylvania County, Virginia and died in 1883 in Lafayette County, Missouri
42 F vii. Lucy Tutt .
Lucy married Andrew TURNER, son of Captain Hezekiah TURNER and Henrietta CHUNN, on 10 November 1815 in Fauquier County, Virginia. (Andrew TURNER was born about 1779 and died on 12 July 1843.)

James married Martha LONG, daughter of Samuel LONG and Unknown, on 9 December 1842 in Lexington, Kentucky. (Martha LONG was born on 17 April 1920 and died on 2 April 1846 in Lexington, Kentucky.)

369 M ii. William Frazier Tutt was born on 28 September 1844 in Lexington, Kentucky
James next married Sarah CHILES, daughter of John Cheadle CHILES and Mary T. Brooking, on 10 November 1852 in Lexington, Kentucky. (Sarah CHILES was born on 4 June 1830 in Clark County, Kentucky and died on 27 June 1881 in St. Louis, Missouri.)
370 M i. John Chiles Tutt was born on 16 December 1853 in New Orleans, Louisiana and died in 1917 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
371 F ii. Laura Chiles Tutt was born on 10 October 1857 in New Orleans, Louisiana, died on 25 February 1911 in Whitecastle, Louisiana and was buried Reinterred 1935 in Mission Burial Park, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
Laura married Arthur Clifford Johns, son of John Jay Johns and Jane Amanda Durfee, on 15 November 1882. (Arthur Clifford Johns was born on 24 June 1853 in St. Charles, St. Charles County, Missouri and died on 6 February 1882 in New Orleans, Louisiana.)
