Thanks Trevia, but these men are NOT at the CSA cemetery, they are at the
Masonic Cemetery. The site you mentioned is the National Park Service site I
was referring to, where we got our information in the first place.

I have a copy of the application that John Stovall gave me about a month
ago. He sat down with me and explained the whole process when he was in San
Antonio. John is very familiar with the process, and has done quite an
impressive amount of research and work towards getting markers. Perhaps
John can get you updated to current requirements.

Better yet....John, would you please explain the process to all of us???
