I am a retired Registered Nurse and I would suggest that
you all write letters and make phone calls to the Texas State Board of
Medicine, or whatever it is called in Texas. This would be about getting
medical records and finding out where your loved one is buried. On another
message I suggested that many of you write and call your State Senator and
State Representative from your voting district. The State Attorney General
should be able to give you some answers. Remember, the squeaky wheel gets
the grease! It sounds like that this is a problem to quite a number of you
and it is just coming to light since so many people are working so hard about
the cemetery situation. Get your friends to write or make calls, also.
Watch the newspapers and T V stations. Do they have a regular person on each
TV Station that looks into people's complaints, when they can't get
satisfaction, like here in Arizona? It might be called something like "Three
on your side" from Channel 3. They investigate peoples problems, who have
shoddy work done, or have been asked for the money, up front, before starting
a swimming pool and that outfit goes out of business. The TV station might
take up your cause and get some action about your problem. THAT would wake
up the elected officials.
