the answer is the same as it's always been. make those who do the crime also
do the time. stop treating them like victims & stop treating society as a
whole like criminals.
this database should be returned & made available with the warning that those
who misuse it will be prosecuted.
awwww, what am i thinking of?? we're talking about government administrators
& beaurocrats. before long, they'll be trying to take the hard copies off of
the shelves.
