The Funeral Museum at Houston, Texas, a very well done and extensive
depiction of funerals history, has an example of a full adult size all
glass casket which the glass industry sought to promote as the most
enduring and forever sealed product. It is a very interesting site (the
casket). It is explained that there were problems, but aren't there
problems with any product. It seemed to find its niche though as a
museum item.
