I wonder if all you nice people out there who have a deep interest in our
Texas cemeteries could help out? In getting ready for state committee I'm part
of, I'd like to give you an opportunity to chime in.

Let's not overburden the site, but keep it simple - if you will reply
directly to me I'd appreciate it ---
Here's what we need at this point, in order to ask some specific and direct
questions later.

1) name of your TEXAS county
2) name of one person - perhaps two - that actually live in the county and
are active with cemetery work ... restoration, preservation, transcribing,
trouble-shooting, etc.
I'm looking for that all-round person who can state some specific problems
and give me some specific suggestions - and know of others within the same
county that can be included in further discussion
3) ** first, ask that person if you can send me their name & e-mail - or ask
them to e-mail me direct.


With your permission, in a separate e-mail later this evening, I'll send out
a couple of generic questions that need answers and anyone can chime in ....
