Believe me we are not going to sell lots illegally. We will follow the law
to a T. But you are right. We are looking
only at lots that have not been cared for in years. I mean 30 years or
more. This is a 10 acre cemetery used for 100+
years and it is not a perpetual care cemetery. We are hoping to keep the
cemetery active and we are about out of spaces/
lots to sell. Every effort will be made to find the owner and or heirs.
Thanks for your input. Kayren

My 2 cents worth and I am not an attorney either, but if he people bought
the
lots
for burial later, then those lots should not be resold by the cemetery. No
one knows
when they are going to die, and need the plots for later use when they
purchased
the lots.
If you buy something, and pay hard earned money for them then they are yours
until
thy die.
