My point is that you can not make a blanket statement without doing the
research to determine if it is true. Did you just make up this statement or do
you know some cemetery that has made this type of contract. If it is the
later then give me the name of the cemetery and I will check it out.

This all started about a specific cemetery. Maybe the person who started
this topic can refresh us about the specific cemetery and they or someone else
(I'll do it) can give them a call to see what the contract said. I wouldn't
think for a moment that someone would even sign a contract that did not
extend for the length of their life.
