Ira's parents are Isaac & Malinda Coffey to Joshua Conger & Linda Rounsavell to John Conger & Mary Ross to John Conger & Zipporah Moores to John Belconger & Sarah Mary Tuttle. Ira was b. in Smith Co., Tennessee in 1827, he m. Melissa O'Neil in Arkansas, they came to Yamhill Co., Oregon abt 1865-6 and moved to Cowlitz Co., WA between 1866-9.
