Hello list, I am new and wanted to see if anyone might have info on the following:
Conrad Kleinschmidt and Hygene Jackson acquired a marriage license in Navarro county on September 27, 1912 and were married in Christine Texas on Sept. 29th. The ceremony was performed by a Rev. J H Norwood. 2 years later on October 12, 1914 my grandmother was born in Christine. Her name was Ruth Lucille Kleinschmidt. At some time they left Atascosa county and went back to Navarro/Freestone county to live. This is in between census's and I was wondering if anyone had access to Tax records for this county or anything that might help me to place them there and how long they were there??? I'm sure they were probably farm laborer's or sharecroppers. Anyone with any help is greatly appreciated!!!! Andrea
