Surname: Ringener, Hood, Emshoff

Found out recently that Christian Ringener and the Emshoff's probably did
not travel from Germany to Texas together. I am even more interested to
find out how Ringeners ended up in Austin County. Where did they come from!!???
;)

Any help will be appreciated. I do know he was born in Prussia, but still
do not know his parent's names or siblings, etc.
