Does anyone have a marriage record book for AFTER 1860?? I would appreciate
one lookup if someone has the records. It is for: WILEY L. STEWART & MARTHA
(?). The marriage would prob. have taken place 1868-69. Wiley L. and Martha
are listed in the 1870 Ft. Bend Co. Census as living in East Bernard -
and I see that East Bernard was once a part of Austin County. Wiley's mother
and siblings were living in Austin Co at the 1870 cenus. By 1880, Martha
has died and Wiley L., with a daughter Sarah L., are living in Gonzales
Co. TX with his mother and younger siblings who have also moved there.
